Ramadhan Kirunda serves as Co-Principal Investigator and Director at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility. He brings extensive experience in designing and implementing development interventions that address social and behavioral change.

Ramadhan specializes in participatory program design methodologies that center community voices and indigenous knowledge. His work focuses on understanding and shifting social norms to support sustainable development outcomes across health, education, and gender equality initiatives.

He leads Fidelitas Scientific's learning and adaptation frameworks, ensuring that programs continuously evolve based on evidence and community feedback.

John King Odolon is an experienced management and public health professional with over 19 years of expertise in project management, science research, and monitoring & evaluation.

He holds an MSC in Population and Reproductive Health Studies from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Evaluation Studies from Uganda Christian University. His areas of expertise include Reproductive and Maternal Health and Gender programming.

Prior to joining Fidelitas Scientific, John served as Director and Technical Advisor with FHI 360's Research Utilization Department and as Family Planning Advisor for the Knowledge SUCCESS project, a USAID-funded consortium including Johns Hopkins CCP, FHI 360, Busara, and AMREF Health Africa.

In his current role, John leads strategy development for WASH and Climate Change initiatives, ensuring programs are evidence-based and aligned with community needs.

Ednance Kiiza is a Program Development Strategist and expert in Education, Gender, and Social Behavioral Change. She brings over 20 years of NGO leadership experience to Fidelitas Scientific.

She holds a graduate degree in Management, a bachelor's degree in Education, and is certified in Research Methods with Trainer of Trainers credentials across multiple program areas. Her extensive experience spans strategic program development, implementation, and capacity building initiatives across East Africa.

As Capacity Strengthening Advisor, Ednance leads initiatives to build organizational and community capacity, ensuring sustainable development outcomes.

Nicholas Matsiko serves as Data Science and Informatics Advisor at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility. He leads the organization's research agenda and ensures that all programs are grounded in rigorous evidence and data-driven decision making.

Nicholas brings expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analytics, and data science applications for development programming. He oversees research design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of findings to inform policy and practice.

His work ensures that Fidelitas Scientific maintains its commitment to evidence-based programming while building local research capacity and promoting the use of indigenous knowledge alongside scientific methods.

Ostryc Peter S. Magudeck is a Research Associate at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility, contributing to the organization's research and evidence generation initiatives.

Peter supports research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting across various program areas. His work helps ensure that Fidelitas Scientific's programs are informed by robust evidence and contribute to the broader knowledge base in international development.

Aceng Barbara serves as Finance and Administration Officer at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility, managing the organization's financial operations and administrative systems.

Nyacii Esther is a Climate Change and WASH Programs Officer at Fidelitas Scientific, focusing on water, sanitation, hygiene, and climate adaptation initiatives.

Esther supports the implementation of community-based WASH and climate resilience programs, working directly with communities to promote sustainable practices and build adaptive capacity.

Mary Balwoga serves as Gender and Social Development Officer at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility, leading initiatives that promote gender equality and social inclusion.
