Ms Eunice Kabahikyeho

Ms Eunice Kabahikyeho serves as Board Chair of Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility. She holds a Master's degree (MA) and brings extensive expertise in organizational development and human capital management.

As Chief People Officer at Strong Minds, Eunice oversees global HR operations, designing human capital strategies that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and overall business performance. She is a leader in organizational development with a strong commitment to putting people first as essential to organizational success.

In her role as Board Chair, Eunice provides strategic leadership and governance oversight, ensuring Fidelitas Scientific maintains excellence in organizational effectiveness and workforce development.

Mrs Samalie Teera Lutaaya

Mrs Samalie Teera Lutaaya is a Board Member at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility. She holds a Master's degree (MA) and brings over 20 years of experience in finance, contracting, strategic planning, and partnerships.

Samalie is a specialist in working with donor organizations and Technical Assistance, serving as a consultant, CEO, and entrepreneur. Her extensive expertise spans financial management, compliance, ethics, and strategic partnerships across the development sector.

She contributes strategic oversight to Fidelitas Scientific in compliance and ethics matters, ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of accountability and integrity in its operations and partnerships.

Caroline Kemigisha
Programme Manager - Violence Prevention

Caroline Kemigisha

Caroline Kemigisha serves as Programme Manager for Violence Prevention at Fidelitas Scientific. She brings expertise in program management, gender-based violence prevention, and community development.

Caroline leads violence prevention initiatives, working with communities to address the root causes of violence and promote safe, equitable environments. Her work focuses on evidence-based interventions and community-led approaches to preventing and responding to violence.

She ensures that violence prevention programs are integrated across organizational initiatives and aligned with best practices in the field.

Dr. Frederick Mubiru Kintu
Board Member

Dr. Frederick Mubiru Kintu

Dr. Frederick is an accomplished public health professional with over 20 years of global experience in strategic project leadership, implementation science research, and M&E. His core expertise is in Reproductive and Maternal Health and Gender programming, including leadership for major USAID and DFID funded initiatives in East, West and Southern Africa.

Mr. Brian Bongomin

Mr. Brian Bongomin is a Board Member at Fidelitas Scientific Execution Facility. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is a corporate affairs specialist.

Brian has extensive professional background in insurance, welfare, and pensions across East Africa. He currently serves as Country Manager at Enwealth Financial Services Limited, where he leads business operations and strategy.

He possesses strong grounding in company and corporate law, providing Fidelitas Scientific with expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and business strategy. His guidance ensures the organization maintains sound corporate practices and sustainable business models.
