This report presents a comprehensive process evaluation of a quality improvement learning site model implemented in Ugandan health facilities. The evaluation examines how the learning site approach was implemented, what worked well, what challenges emerged, and how the model was adapted to the local context.
The learning site model aims to build sustainable quality improvement capacity by creating demonstration sites where health workers can learn and practice QI methodologies. This evaluation provides valuable insights for organizations implementing similar capacity-building approaches and documents important lessons for scaling quality improvement initiatives.
